Team is a digital brand studio made up of all types of thinkers and makers. We are driven by team work, world-class design, close partnerships, deep questions and constant collaboration. Together with our partners we craft strategic experiences and stories for a variety of brands across a range of digital environments.

We are in an exciting time of growth as a studio and this is where you come in. We are looking for a designer to join our ranks. This designer is a sponge who enjoys problem solving, asking questions, has a passion for design and needs a few things going on at once to stay happy. This team member tackles the ever changing remote day-to-day with hard work, a bit of sarcasm and tons of optimism.

Day to day:
- Has a love for art direction and storytelling
- Strives to think conceptually while centered by a strategic point-of-view
- Is always looking for ways, big and small, to hone design thinking and craft
- Work closely with your Team leads to understand and manage timelines and project expectations
- Communicates with makers of all sorts in an effort to articulate ideas and solve design problems
- Learning to grow client relationships on a project-by-project basis
- Deliver world-class problem solving paired with relevant and impactful design
- Navigates all sorts of ambiguous situations in the digital world

You’ll need:
- 2-4 years of relevant design experience (digital, marketing, strategy and brand)
- A love for design systems, scalable design tools and prototyping
- An unwavering spirit of positivity and curiosity
- Inspirational in and out of your design practice
- A diverse portfolio demonstrating the ability to execute and deliver strategic ideas across various medians
- Can hold your own in Figma, Various UX tools, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects a bonus) and of course Keynote
- A self-starter mentality
- Oozing with empathy
