At Traction Complete, we are an innovative customer-centric SaaS business that is rapidly growing within the Salesforce ecosystem. To support and help us scale our growth, we are looking for a Senior Designer to establish the visual tone and character of our brand across a variety of platforms including, but not limited to: digital ads, marketing and sales content, events, email, and website mockups. You live and breathe good design, and have knowledge of B2B and SaaS best practices. You will keep your eye on innovation in media so that you can apply that to your projects here at Traction!

Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:
- 5+ years of professional Graphic Design experience
- A conceptual thinker that can translate ideas into innovative and crafted design
- Clear communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with designing sales and marketing collateral
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Strategic thinker, comfortable ideating high-level concepts as well as coming up with detailed design executions.

Nice To Have
- Experience in other creative areas outside of visual design (video editing, illustration, 3D-rendering, motion graphics etc)
- Experience with web development languages like HTML, CSS, and Javascript

What You Will Be Doing
- Work with Marketing Director in establishing visual tone, character, and messages that will effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill the project objectives
- Establish design concepts for new campaigns and projects
- Ensures compatibility of design and functionality for optimum marketing and communication value
- Responsible for the proper and accurate position of every pixel for all deliverables
- Constantly explores online design innovations and groundbreaking media techniques that may enhance a client’s marketing message
- Work daily with the Marketing Director to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met within timeline
- Participate in creative brainstorms.
- Collaborate with other creative staff to share learning and experience and to establish initiatives that will improve our creative vision
- Contribute to overall workplace morale, spirit, character and work quality.
- Love working in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
