In this role you will:
- Collaborate with members of Product and Engineering as part of the Acquisition team, effectively driving new user adoption and engagement using a balanced mix of creativity and data to inform your solutions
- Work with Design and Product leadership to help define features and actively contribute to the KPIs of the Acquisition team
- Partner with Marketing and the Go-to-Market team to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns focused on activations, awareness, and education on our platform
- Champion consistency on all deliverables for new features, improvements, and experiments; using and contributing to our design system at scale; consistently collaborating with other product designers across teams
- Work with Engineering to implement and test your designs
- Work with Product and other cross-functional teams to identify compelling opportunities for high impact features
- Contribute to the team's growth and effectiveness through mentorship and strong collaboration

The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has 3+ years of experience in contributor roles, on small to mid-size Product teams
- Has proven experience working on eCommerce or marketplaces where they've helped build and optimize things like user onboarding, browsing, search, and navigational hierarchy - from homepage to product listing pages
- Is up-to-date on the latest desktop and mobile web trends and frameworks
- Can demonstrate practical understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and modular design; sweating the details to ensure the systems they create work together across teams
- Has the ability to be autonomous - taking initiative, bringing ideas to the table, and owning projects from start to finish (we highly value folks who aren't afraid to hedge their bets on ideas they feel strongly about!)
- Is confident working with Product to develop the strategy and rationale for features
- Is able to produce beautiful, highly usable designs driven by strategic UX thinking focused around their team's KPIs
- Is proficient with today's tools of the trade (we use Figma)
- Has experience designing iteratively for big features
