Salary:
$115K-125K USD base salary + bonus
$100-110K CAD base salary + bonus

Here Are Some Ways You’ll Make An Impact
Design end-to-end user experiences through collaborative brainstorming, user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual design comps using FigmaAct as a strategic partner to Product Managers to break down complex, ambiguous problems into sophisticated solutionsPartner closely with engineers to build and deliver high-quality digital productsSeek opportunities to enhance and standardize the user experience for our suite of productsReflect, gather feedback on and iterate on your launched features based on usage insights in the real worldEncourage and guide your teammates by serving as a mentor and helping the team deliver designs at the highest qualityManage and improve the design process, design system and other documentation that will aid in the long term scalability of the design teamHelp evangelize human-centered design approaches within other departments of the organization

Are you our next Lead Product Designer?
- 4+ years of demonstrated ability in a leading contributor role crafting cross-channel user experiences across desktop web, and mobile
- Have the appetite for taking ownership over the overall design processes with the organization
- Share a portfolio that demonstrates your visual and experiential design prowess
- Experienced working in the B2B Saas space.
- Consider yourself a strategic & creative systems problem solver - able to understand a complex system, able to turn sophisticated consumer problems into simple and engaging products/features, able to think strategically about business problems and invent UX concepts to solve them.
- Able to present the rationale for design decisions - winnowing down a list of concepts and deciding which elements belong in the final design.
- Feel proficient working in a fast-paced agile environment and collaborating with other designers, product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data analysts, customer support teams, marketers, and more.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of iterating on products post-launch based on user data about how the designs are performing.

Bonus Points
- Experience with media workflows or online collaboration
- Experience designing for a platform that deals with multiple user roles, each with different levels of access to the platform
- Working knowledge of video editing processes
- Experience driving the design for devices other than desktop (Mobile, Tablet and TV)
