Responsibilities:
- Create engaging designs that support user needs, reflect business requirements, and are technically feasible
- Distill complex tasks and workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
- Craft user-centric flows, user scenarios, wireframes, prototypes and design specifications during the full cycle of product design and development
- Help research and test proposed designs and interactions, using the best tools to express your ideas; react to feedback and modify designs accordingly.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team including other product designers, product managers, engineers, and executives
- Contribute to the definition of best practices, design patterns and processes for mobile and hybrid design with an eye towards optimizing for efficiency, consistency and quality
- Support other designers on the team and help collectively champion Design within the organization
 

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design of mobile and web product. Consumer facing products a strong plus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing for both iOS and Android mobile applications
- Master of both user experience and user interface design
- Experience leading complex design projects in collaboration with multiple contributors and stakeholders
- Ability to identify, understand and articulate user problems and pain points as a basis for proposed solutions
- Experience with all aspects of a user-centered interaction design process, including user research, concept exploration, wireframing, prototyping, UI refinement and creation of annotated design specs
- Experience working with user research to gather quantitative and qualitative data for basis of evaluating user experience and informing design decisions
- A portfolio showcasing great-looking and -functioning mobile applications that have shipped
- The ability and communication skills necessary to clearly articulate your ideas and navigate feedback and alternative viewpoints
- Ability to manage time effectively and work against tight deadlines
- Capable of being a self-starter who can thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment
- The enthusiasm and creative skills to craft magical experiences
