We're on the look-out for a Graphic/Marketing Designer to join the team here at OSF. We’re looking for someone with an excellent all-round knowledge of Web design in the world of marketing. You’ll have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, and be used to working with anything that can be thrown at you during the day. You’ll be passionate about delivering an outstanding service and quality solutions at all times.

Create forward thinking designs for digital channels, including but not limited to: Presentation design, Banners for social media and paid media advertising campaigns, Whitepapers, e-books, and infographics, Logo design, product, and solution branding, Web pages, newsletters, and personalized email designs, Video content like short product presentations, social media animated posts, and general video edits to footageMaintaining a consistent visual identity in all the materials designed, by following the brand guidelines and staying up to date with graphic design trends and industry developments.Deliver projects to meet deadlines based on requirements and demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize tasksKeep the design source files accessible and updated via cloud infrastructure for the extended marketing and design teams

Qualifications Required:
• Degree in graphic arts, other design-related field, or equivalent professional experience – at least 5 years of practice
• Working knowledge of typography, layout, and branding
• Ability to create and personalize illustration, icons and/or infographics based on existing brand visuals and guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to influence, execute and take ownership on projects from concept to delivery and ongoing improvement and updates
• Mastery of standard Design Tools (Adobe CC – XD, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and digital presentation tools (Power Point, Keynote)
• Portfolio demonstrating experience creating highly visual impactful designs for print and digital as well as video samples of original video creations
• Good attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively and be able to represent visually abstract and technology related concepts
• Required experience in creating long form design assets like PowerPoint decks, whitepapers, and e-books
• Basic video editing and video creation knowledge is required
