Critical Outcomes From the Job
- Work with the Art Director to support new product and branding initiatives that are compatible with the established underlying Nature’s Path brand personality.
- Aid the development of new concepts for packaging, and associated marketing materials in coordination with the internal stakeholders.
- Work directly with the key internal stakeholders and outside suppliers to assure design solutions meet all necessary criteria for a successful resolution in a timely manner.
- Produce finished digital artwork files in appropriate formats for outside supplier needs and follow-ups with colour proof checking and quality control when required or as instructed by the Project Coordinator/Art Director/Creative Director through to the finished product.
- Provide support to other team members in revising, updating and modifying all graphic files as changes and corrections arise. Also, assists the marketing and sales teams to create professional graphic solutions with their various communications requirements (trade memos, sell sheets, presentations, etc.)
- Take responsibility for art directing, producing or sourcing illustrations, photography or graphics to be used in packaging, the website or other communications materials in a cost-effective manner when required or as instructed by the Project Coordinator
- Work with the Brand Managers & other internal stakeholders to ensure timelines and deadlines are being met.
- Work with the Rebrand Production Artists to ensure they produce printer-ready assets that follow the established brand standards.


Qualifications and Experience
- 3-7 years’ experience as graphic designer in advertising agency or design studio
- Strong skills in graphic design:
   - Exceptional both as a creator and a communicator
   - Able to communicate progress and setbacks on projects and deliverables, providing team members with regular status updates
   - Presents ideas and new developments to Creative Director and Art Director
   - Enjoy sharing ideas and inspiring your team
- Confident working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of social media, pre-press and web development
- Strong understanding of UX and digital display ads
- Adept at using Asana or other project management platforms
