Principal Product Designer - Commerce

We're searching for a Principal Product Designer to shape the future of B2B online selling. HubSpot Payments enables businesses to collect revenue through HubSpot, seamlessly connecting financial data and CRM data. This means an end to disconnected systems and slow or lost revenue, as well as the change to disrupt the B2B buyer experience.

Your design vision will shape a high impact space with plenty of room left for greenfield thinking. You'll guide and align other teams to the right problem framing and customer-focused design decisions. You will report to the Director of Product Design for Commerce.

You Will
- Partner with engineers, product managers, content designers, and researchers to frame problems and iteratively ship solutions together
- Create a data-supported design vision for the future of the commerce experience and promote your vision
- Help feature teams build the vision as part of a multi-year roadmap
You Have
- Skill in developing or refining design collaboration processes in scaling product groups
- Capability to create a data-supported design vision promote your vision
- An expert level understanding of usability principles and best practices in interaction and visual design
- History of designing enterprise applications with consumer grade UX quality
- Facilitation skills and the ability to work with senior partners in multiple groups
- Some experience setting up and socializing governance around complex systems
- Mentorship skills
- Domain expertise in payments, quote to cash tools, or B2B e-commerce
