This role is best suited for someone who is energized by complexity. Our goal with onboarding is to provide personalized experiences to our users based on what they need. As the designer on this team, you will help us uncover our user’s needs, explore new ways of identifying those users and their needs, and design exciting solutions to help those users solve for those needs.  In this role, you will push your solution exploration, flex your interaction design superpowers and create polished and frictionless onboarding experiences. You will think in solution spaces - not just solutions. Your designs will bring moments of joy to our customers as they find their experienced value moment.  You will play a leading role in establishing design principles, designing components, and contributing to the design system for onboarding.
