Deloitte is looking for a Product Designer to join its Portfolio of Assets – Health Connect team! Come join our fast-growing team and work with a wide range of products in the Health Care industry.
Our vision is to grow our product and implement technology that simplifies user experience in a complicated health care environment by emphasizing user research and building customer centric features in our product. What will your typical day look like?
We're searching for a teammate with a proven passion for product design. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers and your design teammates to create effective experiences for our clients and their users.
We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about end-to-end, human-centered Product Design with a focus on UX. User research, information architecture, user flows, user experience design, interface design, prototyping and user testing are all central to this role.

As a Health Connect Product Designer, you will be aligned with our product. You will work with the Health Connect solution, which has sub-offerings for Cancer Screening, Telehealth, Homecare and COVID-19 Recovery, and is designed to enable rapid deployment and scaling for our customers. You will support the visioning and design of Digital Health products built on the Health Connect platform in collaboration with clients.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of work experience in Interaction Design / Product Design / User Experience Design
- A degree in Interaction Design / Product Design / User Experience Design or related fields
- A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g.: study plans, reports, visual artifacts).
- Demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end experience with UX design (research and analysis, concept creation, story and journey mapping, wireframing and UI design).
- Experience working on complex interaction and workflow design challenges
- Experience collaborating with product teams (engineers, product managers, QA testers).
- Demonstrated understanding of building web and native mobile experiences
- Proficiency with using industry leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch
- Bonus: Prior experience designing products for the Healthcare industry
