Principal Product Designer - UK Remote - Consumer Privacy - £130k-£150k base.

For over a decade, they've been building their product, including new privacy technology, and working with policymakers to make online privacy simple and accessible for all.

Their app is now downloaded more than 75M times a year, and their private search engine packaged with it has become one of the leading search engines on mobile in over 21 countries... oh, and they've been profitable for over 5 years with revenue currently exceeding $100 million a year!

The Opportunity;

• They're now looking for 3 product designers at the senior, principal & lead levels, to join an existing team of 20+ product designers spearheaded by an awesome VP of Design.
• You will autonomously lead highly impactful projects that scale across millions of users from proposal through to postmortem assessing vague problems, proposing high-impact solutions, and executing them against a set of success criteria

Your Background;

• You'll need to have previous experience shipping complex b2c mobile-first products to millions of users around the world and be at the top of your craft.
• You'll use your 6+ years of experience to wrangle vague problems, propose innovative solutions, and execute them with a strong focus on metrics.

They're paying incredible salaries at the £130k+ base (plus around the same in stock options) as they're looking for some of the best product design talent in the UK to join.
