Position - UI/UX Designer - Web3 - DeFi

Salary - £100,000 - £110,000 + Equity

A derivatives exchange on Solana is seeking a UI/UX Designer to design and build intuitive experiences for DeFi users across web and mobile platforms. The designer will work with cross-functional teams from ideation to launch, take conceptual ideas and turn them into valuable experiences, and maintain cohesive branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and launch new features while ensuring feasibility and high-quality implementation of designs.
  

• Own the Design System, Design Process and maintain cohesive branding with the marketing team.
  

• Design and build simple and intuitive experiences for DeFi users across web and mobile platforms.
