What You’ll Do Here

As a Product Designer at SureCost, you are responsible for a lot more than just creating a beautiful interface on our products. While you’ll be the key resource for UI/UX design, you’ll also need to account for users' needs across design interaction and user flow in an arena that mixes old and new products/technologies across web and mobile platforms. You’ll need to work closely with Product, QA, Engineering, Marketing and SureCost customers to take broad concepts through research and design iteration and quickly present valuable solutions that simplify the complexity hidden underneath them and you’ll be doing it for thousands of users in multiple pharmacy segments.

• Attention to detail - You have a knack for catching things others miss
• Perceptive - human/activity-centered design has you thinking from customer perspectives with a single interaction all the way back to how all the pieces fit together for the big picture

What Skills You’ll Need

• A minimum of 3 years experience with:
• Customer journey maps, user flows, and wire-frames
• Solving design problems (past aesthetics)
• Balancing design decisions across mobile and web platforms
• Using design tools such as/similar too: Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, MIRO, Mural, etc.
• Good quantitative and qualitative user research skills
• Adept at testing existing hypothesis
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Solid understanding of engineering practices
• Comfortable working with large transformation initiatives on old applications and frameworks
• Collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Modern Javascript frameworks

Bonus Points If You Have

• Engineering background
• Pharmacy or Healthcare industry experience
• Complex B2B solution space experience
