Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Design, Communication or Computer Science;
• At least 5+ years as a Product Designer with digital products;
• Previous experience in fintechs or products for financial institutions;
• Evidence of strategic product thinking with the ability to develop product goals and make decisions based on the impact on people and the company;
• Ability to showcase your design process that includes interaction and visual design artifacts, various iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes;
• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
• Fluent or native English skills;
• Effective in a remote setting and able to overlap with our core hours of 9 AM to 1 PM PST.
