People love working here and it’s easy to see why - you’ll enjoy lots of variety in the work you do and have the onus to really shape and define your role.

Creatives, this isn’t one you’ll want to miss!

- £40,000 - £45,000

- Remote working

- 36 days holiday

- Brilliant culture and work environment

- Healthcare plan & mental wellbeing support

- Development and progression opportunities

- Enviable client list (think booze, lots of booze)

- Free booze

- Have the best of both worlds - big agency experience, small agency agility

The Position

Immersed in the fast-moving world of food and drink branding, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of the latest trends and know how to work collaboratively to bring concepts and ideas to life.

You’ll deliver beautiful design work that’s grounded in sound strategic and conceptual thinking and be unafraid to push creative boundaries with your ideas - a real advocate for consistently improving and developing your craft.

Encouraging creativity within the wider team too, you’ll make the most of your previous experience with big brands to help junior designers progress their skills; a mentor who can inspire and advise in equal measure.

What We’re Looking For

A bright and instinctive creative with a love of design and plenty of passion for what you do.

A vested interest in food/drinks branding is a must, as is extensive experience developing brands in that area. We want to see stunning portfolios, preferably with some experience working on premium, luxury and limited editions.

You’ll work remotely (with occasional trips to the studio if you’re in the area) so a self-starter mentality is really important here!
