Head of Product Design

I am looking for an innovative, passionate, and highly organized Head of Product Design to lead a product design function.

As Head of Product Design, you will be responsible for driving the design process across product portfolio.

You will bring your expertise in hands-on product design, visual design, user research, prototyping, and team management to ensure that products are user-friendly, visually pleasing, and highly functional.

You will be responsible for leading a team of product designers, providing clear direction, setting deadlines, and developing a high-performing team.

You will be responsible for developing and refining our product design process, ensuring that it is efficient and effective. Additionally, you will oversee all user research activities, ensuring that products are meeting our users’ needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an experienced product designer with a demonstrated track record of success. You should have a strong understanding of the design process, from concept to launch, and be highly organised and capable of managing a team.

Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be comfortable working with stakeholders across the organisation.
