What you'll do:

• Lead the UI / UX development of the Buynomics application, ensuring flawless UX across all processes and features
• Drive the product design process from discovery to implementation, translating findings into effective user interfaces
• Participate in user research and partner closely with internal business stakeholders to identify UI / UX improvement potential
• Develop user journeys, task flows, site mappings, concept and prototype wireframes, and detailed screen designs
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in the efficient delivery of new feature developments
• Lead a team of junior UI designers, provide training and support
• Drive and spread best practices in design and UX across the Buynomics organization

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in UI / UX Design, with a strong track record demonstrating excellent work
• 1+ years of experience in working on complex SaaS or enterprise software applications
• Proficiency in designing user journeys, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Strong conceptual abilities with a good understanding of business requirements and the particular skill to translate them into technically feasible software designs
• Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• High degree of motivation and ownership, with the power and mindset to strive for excellence in a high-growth setting with ambiguities and business pressure, and the willingness to get the hands dirty on all levels
• Good verbal and written English
• Experience in building and leading a team of UI / UX designers
